easy to hold santoku knife

I like this chef's santoku knife. The weight of the knife is moderate. I cut the pear first and it's convenient to hold and quicker to cut. If it has a protective knife sheath, that would be perfect!

Great lightweight knife

Cuts almost anything right out of the box. The handle has a nice ergonomic shape, I have big hands and feel comfortable holding it. Cutting is easy. I've always wanted a santoku knife but most are overpriced so I decided to give it a try. So far, so good.

I love this beautiful German-Japanese high carbon stainless steel knife. That's the best price I've ever gotten. Stunning sharp edges cut things very easily and cut beautifully like a pro with cutting power. The weight is perfect for me, not too light and not too heavy but very strong, the handle is very nice with a high quality pakka wood handle, I feel great when I hold it. Easy to clean. With a big knife, my cooking becomes much easier and more enjoyable. and I like the extra lifetime…
