My big problem with toaster ovens is installing bagels. In a bagel setup, I want only one side toasted and the other side off. I use this for bread crusts, English muffins, and bagels, in order of use. I had previously ordered a toaster that was advertised with a bagel setting, but both sets of toast strips activated on the bagel, and I couldn't see or feel any temperature difference between the two sides. Exactly what I didn't want. This unit worked as advertised, the temperature control was easy to use and effective with the only minor downside being the stainless steel case can be slightly warm to the touch as stated in the description.
