photo typesetting was the main reason for my purchase along with the hands-free function. The programming guide for the device was clear and easy to follow. The problem that killed all the positives was the need to turn up the speaker volume every time you use the phone, rather than being able to set the desired volume just once. Even if this feature were improved, the sound quality at the receiving end would be poor and the user's voice would be almost inaudible. All this to say that the concept of the phone is great and with a little tweaking it can be a great asset for those who need help with their phone service.
