I like this product and I want to give it 5 stars. I took off a star because it's impossible to know if it produces hydrogen without buying another product (hydrogen test kit). I took off another star because it only lasted 6 months. Still, I love this product and it's easy to use. I did not receive any instructions in English and customer service emailed me with a full user guide. I have now contacted customer service to have my device replaced and they are reporting that my device is past the return and exchange cycle. So I'm not sure what their one-year warranty covers. However, support is working with me to send a replacement.
