Nice flexible kit

It's too early for me to tell how well they perform on the road. The installation turned out better than stated in the reviews. This kit comes with a Furrion bat wing adaptation plate as well as a metal bracket that also uses the same screw locations as the Furrion. The only problem is pushing the extra wire and connectors back into the RV wall. There wasn't enough room in the foam insulation, but that was easily remedied. Instead I used a metal bracket on the Furrion adapter plate and plugged the cables into the Furrion awning bracket. Both cameras have 6 infrared LEDs and appear to have high resolution and good night vision based only on my experience at home, nothing on the road yet. I placed the second camera on a magnetic mount so it would fit in the back of the truck so I could get under the gooseneck hitch ball. I already have another video camera on the license plate to hook up bumper trailers. When I tow our camper a gooseneck attaches to the bed and then I have a second camera in the back of the trailer. I made a bracket for attaching the monitor to the rearview mirror as I don't need the mirror when towing a trailer. I think this kit is better than buying one camera and adding a second camera as this kit includes both higher quality cameras with all 6 LEDs.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Running speed
