Very impressed! This cistern is the best. Delivery was very quick as expected. I've been on this lemon water lately, but then I read that the zest has great benefits as well. I started using this delicious zest to add organic lemon zest to water, which has the added benefit of reducing inflammation and cleansing the body of impurities we add to our diet when we eat non-organic foods. The blade is very sharp and works great! Watch your fingers, don't slip! The plastic blade cover is cool. Prevents fading when in contact with other items in the drawer. It's worth it and useful! I haven't used it for cheese, but I don't see why it shouldn't be good there either. Thanks very much!
