I returned this collar because it was too small. I ordered MEDIUM. The cellophane wrap has 2 size labels. UPPER M but smaller scancode label reads SMALL PURPLE. The seller or AMAZON must vote. Otherwise the collar looked "cute" at a great price for a very small dog.
