This is a good carpet. I use it with kikcr core. The mat is a bit comforting but still feels stable. Also keeps sweat; he stays in the poodle and doesn't run off to the side. Comes with a great training towel. Also with a headband and tote bag, but I don't see much point in that. Who carries an exercise bike with them? One thing to note: it has a very strong new rubber smell that doesn't go away for a long time. I had to leave it outside for a few days!
