I love how easy it is for me as an owner of my business (and not just any ol' employee)to set up appointments with clients using this software! The reporting features are great too - you can see your time spent per client/date booked etc in real-time so that we don't have to wait until end of month before seeing our numbers! It would be nice if there was more flexibility when booking timeslots though than what's currently offered through their system.

If anyone wants something like Quickbooks but without all those bells & whistles then task aim might work well enough for them. They've been able to help us keep track of everything from bookings to invoices very easily which has helped boost revenue significantly over last year at similar businesses where accounting wasn't done properly or kept tabs on things effectively.
