Super strong. a little difficult to install. I used a nut tool, various nut tools, and class 5 gear. The stuff that came with it wasn't great. The bottom left hole is in the air vents so there is a mess when drilling the hole. Thicker than metal tailgate. The best part is that there are no cables holding it down. the shelf rests on the underside of the bracket. very stable. Jeep grille and headlight holes are a nuisance and should be optional. they drop things over the shelf. Cover with sheet metal if possible. Did a 5500 mile land adventure and this thing was rock solid.
