Defective chiropractic device
Follow the instructions to charge the device but it has not charged two days after installing the charger. What ever happened to quality control testing to weed out defective items? I have requested a replacement and will try again to relieve neck pain due to an injury that resulted in a pinched nerve between the #7 and #8 neck bones. The device turned out to be of good quality, so I will try again.
