Real hinges are well constructed and should last a long time. The problem is the screws. Each pair of hinges includes a package of screws, however, each pair of screw heads has a different shape or length. It would make sense if each package had the same number of long/different screws, but each would be different. In a package it was roughly half round and half flat. In the other, everything was flat except for one round. The quality of the screws is also poor. When purchasing this hinge kit, consider the cost of purchasing new screws.
