later So I bought these and was very happy that they matched the old hinge's screw location perfectly, no more drilling holes in the cabinet. Here the fun ended. I installed some small hinges first and they seemed to work fine when I got to the large closet doors, not so much. Large doors do not close fully and remain slightly ajar with hinges. They don't close as tightly as the 15 year old hinges I just removed. I wouldn't buy them for anything other than small closet doors.

We have painted the cabinets with a good spray gun, replaced the hinges and handles and everyone thinks they are new. Loops are a good substitute. Screws are very cheap. The hinges aren't adjustable, so you'll have to use small shims to fine-tune them. You have to pre-drill each hole (they don't match the old ones, no wonder). Real hinges are well constructed and should last a long time. The problem is the screws. Each pair of hinges includes a package of screws, however, each pair of screw heads has a different shape or length. It would make sense if each package had the same number of long/different screws, but each would be different. In a package it was roughly half round and half flat. Everything worked out fine as the quality and everything is fine, there are tiny screws for the cabinet door and a bit more for the cabinet itself and everything fits. Nice!
