I had a first generation backup camera from this seller, it worked great (this camera is now installed on the front of my truck). However, I wanted the camera to be mounted behind the license plate, not above it. I've been using it for about a week now and the image quality is still good (it was raining too so the waterproofing is working as expected). I installed it with a Pioneer head unit and wired it to a switch rather than the reverse as I wanted to turn it on whenever I wanted. than plastic) and I like how the bracket hides behind the license plate.
