good, toyota prius c. Both front door drives failed 2 weeks apart. Took me about an hour on the first side (driver's side), it's a little harder than this. Key comes out fine. a rod goes through. You have to push the old one down and then like Tetris. If you move it without falling straight down, you can jam the bar and make it much more difficult to remove. After the old one is out, install this new one in the same way. it took about 15 minutes including removing and replacing the panel because I was practicing on a different door. The unit works great and I saved about $300 on that one door compared to the dealer ship. I saved about $750 in total.
