I just installed a set of 19" wheels on my hhr and noticed a slight loss of performance. After I installed the Jet Stage 1 chip, it deformed as if it had stock rims and I noticed a difference in acceleration. And my mpg went from 27mpg at 80mph to 29-31mpg at 80mph, it changes immediately. I can't wait to get to stage 2, such a simple setup for a noticeable increase in performance. It also seems to shift even smoother than before.
