Good quality spoon. I think they work well in some situations but not so well in others. The long rectangular shape of large spoons makes it difficult to pour into small containers. It would also be nice if the spoon sizes were more visible on the handle. Its size is similar to other inscriptions and it is small, making it difficult to decipher. Especially if you have poor vision and don't wear glasses. It would just be nice to make the dimensions much larger and more readable. And last but not least, it would be nice if they put the measure equivalent on Dash, Pinch, Smidgen spoons. That said, the most common question is what the equivalents are. My best estimate (without actual measurement) is Dash = 1/12 teaspoon, Pinch = 1/16 teaspoon, and Smidgen = 1/32 teaspoon. Just a guess.
