Review on PremierConnect by Kevin Bigelow

I like that PC is easy for customers of any level in our industry (non-IT) can use it - no coding required! We have been able solve all sorts issues with this product through its intuitive interface alone; we are now even using some third party apps via their API's which makes things easier still!! The support team also has great knowledge base articles available online so you don't need many questions answered when working out how something should work or what an error means etc..

Our main issue at present time would be finding someone who knows about PCs as there isn’t much training around them but if they did exist then maybe more people could get involved? Also having only one point contact rather than multiple contacts from different staff members helps keep everything organised better too :).
