I bought Nakii because they advertised it as a filter and also as a slower filter. Well, it's much smaller and faster. Wow, what a great breakthrough. Very disappointed. I followed the instructions exactly. Nakii needs to go through the filter twice to make our water taste even better. It needs 3 times through the filter for really good taste. We have very hard water from a well. Our Zen filter worked beautifully. But my cat decided to send him into a somersault, he did not survive. Brita and Zero even worked in one go. I would not recommend this device for a well or other water. If it doesn't remove rock particles, how can it remove dangerous chemicals? I am buying a new Zen as I have enough money to do it again. Just save Nucky for emergencies.
