I really wanted to love this monitor. I was thrilled to get it, loved it but found tiny dead pixels in an area that I could only see on a white background. Another issue is that the USBC connector is damaged upon arrival. I can't touch the monitor or it turns off and sometimes the screen flickers and crackles. This means I can't rotate, tilt or rotate the monitor. The shipping packaging was perfect, but the monitor itself was shipped that way. I contacted the seller, the seller told me he couldn't give me a replacement model because Revain wouldn't allow it. When I contacted Revane, Revane was confused. Revain explained that they do not limit the seller to this practice. Revain contacted the seller and then the seller said he could not issue a replacement model as he was buying one monitor at a time. It wasn't clearly stated that we don't buy directly from Asus. When you buy a monitor, buy from either Revain or a third party. The seller must be one of the official Asus sellers. The seller doesn't budge and just returns the money. I contacted Asus, the bottom line is Asus will not send me a replacement model. My two options; I can send the model in for repairs, I will bear the costs and repairs! Or I can contact the seller for a refund. I've spoken to the Asus rep and executive time and time again and given them many chances to correct what was wrong, but their customer service is terrible. I really wanted to keep loving Asus products but their customer service made me stop buying Asus products. again and again. I have contacted the seller many times, contacted Revain 3 times and contacted Asus 3 times. I explained the situation to all three in detail. I have bought a lot of electronics and if an item was defective I was automatically given a new replacement and I was apologized. Sometimes defective models slip through, and I'm reasonable enough. That's nothing to get excited about. I'm upset because I have two options: a full refund or a refund to replace/repair my monitor. When buying a new product, it is expected that it is fully functional. Nobody should pay more to have their new products fully functional. If anyone is reading this then you are in danger. If you manage to get a new monitor fully functional, you will end up having to send it in for repair. If you get a new monitor that doesn't work, you have to pay extra, either get your money back, or find ways to be happy with a broken monitor from a company with broken practices.
