That's why I usually connect my devices to normal receivers after mixers and distributors. The bass is enhanced by a car radio with external power supplies and a cab of about 12. I never liked the form factor, but the performance was good, as was the price for comparable hardware. Rack amps are loot. Eventually my amp started getting wheezes (audio flow) and the 25 amp hp I had has a fan and it's very annoying. I decided to try new hardware to see and I wanted to move the controls to my desk instead of the amps. This guy did surprisingly well, not that I was expecting junk but wasn't sure how it would fit on my system. I love it so far. The form factor and gear make a lot more sense. Basically a decent wall wart at the moment and a small block on my desk so now I have total control not only of the overall bass load but the curve as well. Pretty smooth. I think it's a bit small for my 12 but I'll keep it no matter what! Grab it, it's worth it!
