I like that CCB has helped my team grow professionally by allowing us to network with each other outside of our normal work hours. It is also helpful when we are unavailable because it allows others to contact me through texting or email so they can ask questions directly without waiting as long for an actual phone call! The system could be more intuitive but this isn't much different than most systems at this point. We have been able to stay connected during out time off and not miss vital information about the business.
