Charges lithium with only 1.5 amps.

From the description I can't tell with which voltage it charges. Even the questions and answers were not clear. It will NOT charge lithium batteries at anything other than 1.5 amps. Great if you can wait, but not suitable for large batteries due to slow output. The same applies to 12 and 24 volt lithium batteries.
