This is a good price. The crossbars look like the ones Honda sells, only cheaper. The instructions were simple and included pictures to help with assembly and installation. I had a problem: one of the bolts that hold the crossbars to the roof rails was bent and didn't fit properly in the hole, but the bolts are regular metric threads and I was able to replace them for about $1. I'm sure the company would have replaced this part, but I had a 4,000 mile trip the next day so I couldn't wait for a part.
