I didn't like it at first, BUT.

It seemed that the pillow for my priests is not wide. I don't have big hips, but I'm not straight and my hips are off the pillow. It took me a while to figure out that I should feel like I was floating and once I positioned the pillow correctly it works great. . I bought this for my car seat and had to play with the seating position to get it right - I found it to fit about an inch from the back of the seat and not right into the back of the seat. Now that I'm used to it, it relieves back pain from sciatica. Now I want to wear it everywhere.
