Received defective belt.
Belt arrived like new. After installation the belt squeaked. Thinking the belt tensioner was defective, he replaced it. Squeaking after installing a new belt tensioner. I put the old belt on, no noise. The belt I received was defective. Returned for a full refund. Bought and replaced a belt tensioner for no reason due to a broken new belt.
