They have served us well for 13 months and 3600 miles on mountain bikes. Well washed Windex. That looks great. The sun creates a cool wavy pattern of light in its shadow. It is significantly larger than the standard spoke guard and therefore offers more protection. I bought it out of caution as many new bike testers have had issues with dropped shifters on their first rides. It fits snugly between the freewheel and the hub. This results in a gentle grinding noise resonating through the disc. The noise disappears after a few trips at high speed due to inertia as the parts wear out relative to each other. I'm glad I bought it and will be replacing it with the same model when the time comes.
