We are using intelligent ABM in our organization for about one year now, It has helped us to understand customer behavior and their buying journey very well. The platform is easy to use and have all required features at its disposal like real time insights which gives us a lot of power over customers' journey. Not much as I feel it can be improved only if they add some other cool features along with this tool. As per my experience so far i would say that Intelligent ABM should definitely try it out for sure because it will help them a lot. We need a proper way to segment our target group into different groups according to their needs of our product or service. With this feature we got a clear picture what to expect from each group when interacting with our brand/product/service.
