Review on 🧵 Brother GX37 Sewing Machine with 37 Built-in Stitches and 6 Included Sewing Feet by Shantel Griffin

This car is TERRIBLE! THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH BROTHER SEWING MACHINES BUT WITH AMAZON SERVICES. The sewing machine had sewing and clamping problems right out of the box. We adjusted the tension a few times over the course of a month and at 1/2 I owned this machine. 09/25/2019 (bought 08/12/2019) finally stopped working, lower thread was not transported. For several days, my husband and I tried to solve the problem. Eventually we borrowed a bobbin case from our friend across the street and the machine started working. Upon closer inspection of the bobbin case, we noticed that it looked old and used. On October 1st, 2019 we landed at JOANN Fabrics and Crafts and spoke to a person from JOANN'S SEWING AND CRAFTS CLASSES AT JOANN about an issue. The person indicated that it is likely a used or refurbished product sold by AMAZON. The bobbin case will not be scratched after using a new sewing machine for a month. IT SEEMS THAT AMAZON DECIDED ME AND SOLD A USED OR RECONDITIONED PRODUCT. 😫
