I usually read 1-star reviews first. You have to be really subjective about the subject and the person. Some people are "Internet experts" and some people have "hands-on knowledge". There were reviews that the end of the thread was not narrowed. It's noticeably tapered and works as it should. This myth has been debunked. I used some teflon tape, it only took about 2 full wraps to seal it. Plugged in, tightened and it works great. No leaks. Beware of these "internet experts" who mislead you as well as those who are bribed by sellers to remove their 1 star for money or pay to upgrade to 5 stars. I have not been paid or contacted about this product or my review.
