Where do I start. It's made of very shiny and slippery metal, which isn't really good for cooking. Doesn't look like stainless steel? It is strange. Frozen foods (e.g. french fries, potatoes, shrimp) slide VERY badly, but cookie dough sticks - cookies need to be scraped off. Using cooking spray didn't help. It will also rust if there is moisture on it, so you must wash and dry it IMMEDIATELY. This pan also warps/warps in the oven (even at 350°). Only positive: it fits in my toaster and dishwasher lol. It's not the worst pan I've owned, but it's one of my least favorites. Purchase at your own risk.
