These are good knee pads for their specific purpose. To put it bluntly, they are very light, literally like high-performance socks. However, the sock is not designed to be worn above the knee, not to mention the cheap price. I've long believed that I needed a lot of support for my knees, but I finally gave up and bought them in search of a less restrictive option. I'm glad I did! My workout has actually improved using lighter sleeves. I have a lot more freedom of movement with less effort and my knees are nice and warm. Cons: They're long, like a CVS receipt. I have no idea why they have to be so long, other than maybe it helps keep them in place. I would still buy it again, it's worth the swap.
