Excellent product. I have used it with two boards and one board. With two boards, I use the straps and then go to the sea and pull the boards. But mostly I go alone and take a board. In this case I pull the board behind my bike. I find it best to rest the nose of the board on the bike seat so the saddle supports the weight. I can still sit in the front seat with no problems. I usually only hold the paddle in one hand when I ride my bike to the beach. One thing I learned is to tighten the bungee strap while centering and attaching the board to the SUP wheels. This keeps the board straight and prevents the wheels from rubbing against the board when moving. The customer support is just fantastic. I had a problem with a part more than a year after purchasing the product. I contacted SUP Wheels, received a response within hours and received a free replacement part three days later even though my warranty had expired. You can not ask for more.
