4 stars only. This was the first time I used light film, I've always used 3m. Some of the packaging was damaged when received, only one or two outer layers of the reel but still uncomfortable. I ordered 3 rolls, two in Miami teal and one in matte black to repaint some of the matte black that was already on my car and change some to teal. I thought I would order a shiny turquoise but I got a matte turquoise. I went back and checked and it said I ordered the matte, although I remember the click with the turquoise sheen. A little frustrated and not sure how it happened but it is what it is. Miami Teal is much more difficult to work with than Matte Black as it is thicker. It's also more difficult to work with than 3m tape because it's thicker and doesn't stretch as well. Overall I have no regrets with my purchase but will definitely keep these things in mind before ordering bandages again and deciding whether to go light or 3m. Although for the price it's not bad. Just note that 3m foil is more difficult to work with and make sure you have a good heat gun that will allow you to stretch the foil and fit it to the car without air pockets/bubbles. I will also say that so far it has seemed to be holding up well, but it hasn't even been a month so time will tell. The matte black also looks grayer than the 3m matte black. This is how you can tell if you previously had 3m of film on your car and were planning to use a light colored film to replace some panels. Also, for the record, the 3m wrap on my car has lasted over 10 years with minimal issues (the ex-husband hit a pole on my car and damaged the wrap in several places). So my packaging requirements are quite high. Also, don't forget to order 3m vinyl tape if you want the film to stay in place and not come loose! Didn't see anything from Vivid for sale here so I went with 3m again. Still not bad for the price, even if it only lasts a year or two. (Will be updated if I have problems with the wrapper later). If you've never done auto wrap before, make sure you have the right tools to get your auto wrap done. I felt the need to write this review because my business has only dealt with 3M film so far, but as I am currently pregnant at home I decided to look for other ways to customize my car at home shape. And also - on the head! Matte turquoise Miami with sparkles. Which strikes me as odd since it's a matte film. In the photo, my car is Miami Matte Teal after the hood was glued in (yes, it badly needs a wash), the glitter in the matte gives it a weird look and almost a different color.
