Can't do without the pressure cooker! At first I thought I broke the bung until I went through the parts list and realized that this part was missing after washing the cap. Be careful when installing for the first time. Make sure the hard rubber gasket is installed properly so it will not pop out if internally heated. I would check the stove first before preparing the next meal. Excellent product - highly recommended - essential
