Zailab is easy to use and helps keep our customer service organized

I like the ability to have separate queues for different customers. This helps when you have multiple departments in the company with different needs. It's also really easy to use. I wish we could have more flexibility with the ability to have more different queues. It would be nice to be able to have more than one queue for each department. It would also be nice to have an option to filter queues based on department. We have been able to use Zailab to organize our queues. This has improved our customer service and made it easier to get work done.

  • Easy way access info about employees, hours worked etc.
  • Ability create new tickets through web or mobile app! The process is fast too because there are no long prompts that require user input from previous questions/answers during creation time (this happens often)
