This is an update to my previous post where I could not find any support for this product. I called Sunlight Supply (888-478-6544) as there was no way for me to contact my supplier through Revain and they said they had a one year warranty. So if something breaks, give them a call. Daniel from support sent me a new device the next day and everything went great. I'm not sure why some say it's noisy. It expels a lot of air and has a high speed at altitude, so it makes noise from the wind. But great support. Many Thanks.
