I used 1.00mm and 1.5mm thick thermal pads to overhaul the Vega64 cooling. Initial memory temp reached 78 before crashing shortly after. (Within 20 minutes of gameplay) MOSFET and other chips were also significantly higher before being used. After switching to these thermal pads, I'm sitting at 36 degrees after several hours of gaming. No random crashes. The MOSFET briefly hit 40s compared to the higher 60s. This is under heavy workload. I couldn't be happier. I use a liquid cooler but this will still help. Stock thermals suck compared to them.
