Solved my problem Good for the AC
A faulty actuator in a 2013 Impala went "bang bam bang" like someone hitting the dash. It was great to follow a youtube video on how to do this repair. The real trick is not looking at the product when you remove the failed drive and install a new unit. Once I was ok with that, I had a new unit installed in no time. Works great now. I saved a lot of money.
