Review on 🔪 Enhanced OXO Good Grips Cutting Board Set: 2-Piece for Optimal Performance by Derrick Shah

After a week of use, these new cutting boards look like they've been used for 10 years. For some reason, soft plastic doesn't seem like a desirable food material to me. When those cutting boards are soft enough that a few chops cut through them like butter, microplastics are really more likely to be removed. At the very least I would have to have hundreds of dollars on a cutting board budget if I continued to use these cutting boards. I've never seen anything like it. I have a plastic cutting board that I've used for 25 years and it's barely scratched. This new cutting board looks more worn than a 25 year old cutting board.
