I love how easy it is to use, even if you're not very tech savvy. It's also great that they offer support both through Slack or email (or phone), so there are multiple ways to get help when needed. We've been using LDM since early in our product lifecycle. They have helped us with onboarding new engineers into the codebase, solving problems from lack of documentation to making sure we can deploy changes quickly without worrying about breaking things. There isn't much I dislike. If anything, I wish they would add more features faster! The ability to track all change requests and issues within one system has made managing them easier than ever before. This makes communication between engineering teams seamless as well.
