Very helpful to be able, see what is going back in through our FBLogs; also very friendly when you call into customer service - I have not had one negative experience with them! They were great helping me get set up initially but my IT department has since gone defunct so we are currently working out communication issues between us via email only (which can lead sometimes time looing like its taking forever). Definitely recommend this system as your accounting software should all look at it if looking towards using an aviation solution of any kind!! We needed some help getting setup quickly which they assisted greatly. The system is easy to use and the support team is excellent! I have not found anything that I do not like about this software. I have been using this system for over 2 years and have had no issues. I highly recommend this system. It has been a great help to our company. It is a great way to keep track of our aircraft and customers. It is very user friendly and easy to use.
