I have a 2015 GMC with a crew cab that's a little smaller than the club cab. You can see in the photos I put a piece of plywood under the hammock and added 2x4's to make a flat platform. What I didn't like is that before I added the plywood, the clearance between the bench seat and the backs of the front seats wasn't maintained. When my dog stepped on the gap or lay down in it, he would slump and pull his back out of the space between the bench and the backrest, creating a big cottony mess. In other words, the fit wasn't very good. Photos taken after my Australian Cattle Dog traveled 3,000 miles from California to Texas and back. The installation worked great! This dog sheds 365 days a year! It's hard to believe he's not bald from the dog hair from previous rides, and getting the fur off my cloth seats was almost impossible. I don't know why I waited so long to get this. However, I think they should add a floor. The two handles, like things you have to stick in the gap between the seat and backrest, stayed in place for about 3 minutes before I laid the hard floor.
