Disappointed with padlocks and deadbolts

I'll end up returning them. I couldn't reset the lock. It was very difficult to reset the settings although I kept watching the video on YouTube but still to no avail so I'm sending it back. They were able to send another set of locks free of charge which I was able to successfully reset. The customer service representative convinced me that the previous locks had a defect. I appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort they make to please me. The product works well and is used for a gym locker. I highly recommend the castles.
