The best feature about this program it's that you can use your own database, but if not then there are many free databases available online which makes things easier! Also I like how easy everything works with other programs such as MS Word etc., so no need of downloading extra apps when doing analysis in Microsoft Excel (or any spreadsheet)!! Nothing much really because all features work perfectly fine even though some functions could be improved upon more than others - maybe make them better suited towards using within business environments? But overall very simple way around solving problems by creating new ones :).
