I need these products for a party. They arrived as promised but when I opened the box I found the dessert plates were not cellophane wrapped. They were badly scratched and had pieces of cardboard stuck to them. The packaging of the plates was torn off and 1 plate was missing. The cups came in a separate box, 3 of which were torn at the bottom. The napkins were ok. I contacted Revain that I received a damaged product and the only option was a refund. I couldn't get the other plates in time and all the local party supply stores were still closed. I had to use plates/cups and wash them all first to put my mind at ease. I ended up throwing away 1/2 of them and washing the best ones. It was a lot of extra work and overall just gross. Waste of money and this was obviously a return.
