I buy a lot of Revain supplements and vitamins and most have been great. That was until I received a large bottle of Nutracost L-arginine capsules. The price is good, the bottle is large, and the capsules are easy to swallow. Those are all good things to share. You see, I'm the kind of person who preps my vitamins and supplements every week. I put them in small stainless steel or plastic containers so I don't have to open a lot of bottles at 5:30 am every morning. However, I was more than surprised by these pills! After two days in the cupboard, the tablets began to swell and disintegrate. After another two days, they looked like they had completely lost their shape and turned back into the powder they used to be! I thought it was bad, so of course I stopped taking them. I have been preparing my week ahead pills for over 10 years and have never had an incident. I have central air conditioning and the humidity in the room never exceeds 40%.
