Excellent customer service
The first unit failed on first use and I had it replaced the same week. The second block was great. It takes about 20 pump cycles to get 5 qts. The only criticism is that you have to wait for the water to drain from the spout or put a drip tray underneath if you want to prevent a small puddle from forming.
