Review on Ubiquiti UniFi AC Pro UAP-AC-PRO-E-US 802.11ac Enterprise Wi-Fi Access Point (Scalable) - PoE Adapter Sold Separately by April Daniels

I installed 2 of these on my 3200 square meter app. ft. at home trying to improve WiFi coverage and performance. (I also bought their Cloud Key and Universal Security Gateway.) UAP-AC-PRO works great. At first I just set up one to test its capabilities. This single access point (AP) eclipsed my old router/WLAN combo AP. I have 3-4 times more. Despite this improvement, I needed strong 5GHz coverage, so I ordered a second one. I installed one at each end of the house. With two APs, I get 5 GHz connections 80% of the time. I have one SSID, devices seamlessly switch from AP to AP and between 2.4GHz and 5GHz as needed. My wife walks around our house and Facetimes with her parents, no problem (she used to not be able to do this without losing connection). I will never go back to consumer Wi-Fi products. That's great. WARNING. These are NOT plug and play devices. These are professional enterprise network components. I had to read and watch a few videos to prepare for the installation. If you don't have professional networking experience, you should expect it. PS - This review was written a year after installation. Equally impressive is the reliability.
