When I saw them on Revain I thought they might provide me with the different shapes I was looking for. And although I would have liked a little more variety, I can't complain. Because those little burrs look and feel like real high quality end mills, cutter heads and cutting tools that we used on our CNC machines in the machine shop where I worked for many years. I use this type of burr for hand carving. Lexan (plastic) in durable and detailed two-piece molds. But they are far superior to the standard burrs like the ones I usually buy and typically sell at hobby stores and big hardware stores, or those that come in the standard kits I usually buy. They're so much sharper than traditional burrs that they actually make positive cuts with a lot less effort. With standard drills, I have to constantly struggle with my Fordom tool to keep the drill from suddenly jumping or popping out of my work area and marking parts of my project that I don't want to cut or ruin. .But with these little beauties I have much better control and the cut is much cleaner which makes them much more enjoyable and detailed to work with. Now I can't wait to work with them to see what the new features are for a much better bottom line as well as an easier time getting there!
